Shipping Within Australia

At Professor Monstera, we take great care to ensure your plants arrive healthy and ready to thrive.

  • Secure Packaging: Your plants will arrive in their pots, nestled in our premium 70/30 coco perlite mix for optimal root health. Prefer our special Living Soil? We can transplant your plant into Professor Monstera's Living Soil for just $25 per plant, including a treatment with beneficial microbes like Azos and Mykos to support a smooth transition. While we handle each transplant with care, please note that we cannot take responsibility for unforeseen damage during the process or transit.

  • Larger Orders: To minimise transit stress, larger orders may have some plants sent semi-bare-rooted. Be sure to have your preferred potting mix ready to welcome your new plant babies!

  • Dispatch Schedule: We ship orders every Monday to Wednesday, ensuring your plants arrive as quickly as possible. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

  • Weight Limit Advisory: To protect your plants during shipping, we recommend avoiding heavy items like soil or large pots in the same order. If your order exceeds our box weight limit, we’ll contact you to discuss additional postage options.

If you're located on the Central Coast, we’d love to see you! Simply choose "Store Pick Up" at checkout and arrange a time to collect your plants on Saturday or Sunday of the same week.

Returns

We want you to love your plants as much as we do!

  • 24-Hour Plant Guarantee: If your plant arrives in poor condition, let us know within 24 hours of delivery by providing clear photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit—your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Normal Transit Wear: Minor transit imperfections, like a broken leaf or slight cosmetic damage, are normal and do not affect the plant’s health. We pack your plants carefully to minimise this, but some wear during shipping is inevitable.

  • Other Products: For non-plant items, we offer a 21-day return policy so you can shop with confidence.
