These terms and conditions aim to ensure transparency and a smooth experience, so you can enjoy your new green companions with peace of mind.

Promotions
We love rewarding our plant-loving community with special promotions and discounts. While most offers cannot be combined, we occasionally make exceptions for loyal customers or during special events—so keep an eye out for our announcements!
Our Plants
Every plant we sell is a unique, living masterpiece. While we strive to represent them as accurately as possible in photos, slight variations in size, shape, and colour are natural and part of their charm.
Before shipping, we carefully inspect each plant to ensure it meets our high standards. If something isn’t up to scratch, we may offer a suitable substitute. Rest assured, we’ll always contact you to confirm before making any changes.
Prices and availability are subject to change, but all prices are accurate at the time of purchase. Pot measurements provided on our site reflect pot diameters, with slight variations in height due to natural growth.
Payments and Pricing
We offer several secure payment options, including Stripe, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST, so there are no surprises at checkout.
Discount Codes and Store Credits
Discount codes generally apply to full-priced items only. However, we love to surprise our customers with special promotions that may stack—so stay tuned for those opportunities!
Store credits can be used towards future purchases and are a great way to save on your next plant haul. Please note, they typically don’t cover shipping or handling fees unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of live plants, cancellations are generally not possible. However, we understand life happens! If an exceptional circumstance arises, such as significant damage during shipping, reach out to us immediately, and we’ll do everything we can to assist.
Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. That’s why we offer a 7-Day Plant Guarantee for online orders. If your plant arrives in poor condition, please let us know within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or credit.
Please note: Minor transit wear, such as a few bent leaves, is normal and doesn’t impact the health of the plant.
For non-plant items, we offer a 21-day return policy, so you can shop with confidence.
Shipping and Handling
We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive happy and healthy. A small handling fee covers packaging, quality checks, and the addition of beneficial microbes like Azos & Mykos to support your plant’s journey to its new home.
We ship via Australia Post with Regular and Express options available. Please make sure your delivery address is suitable for weekday and weekend deliveries.

Extreme Weather Shipping Policy

At Professor Monstera, the health and safety of our plants are our top priority. In the event of extreme weather conditions, including excessive heat, we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding the timing of shipments. This policy is in place to prevent plants from arriving damaged due to adverse weather conditions.

If a buyer chooses to proceed with shipping during extreme weather against our recommendation, the following terms will apply:
