$5,000 Cash or Cabinet Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

These are the official terms and conditions for the Professor Monstera “$5,000 Cash or Cabinet” Giveaway. By entering, you agree to these terms.
1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Droguett Pty Ltd (ABN 58 685 904 009), 59 Rigby Dr, North Rothbury, Hunter Valley, NSW 2335, trading as Professor Monstera Plants (professormonstera.com.au).
This promotion is authorised under NSW Trade Promotion Authority No. APP-0016491718.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) are not eligible to enter, and any entries received from ACT residents will be deemed void. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
A quick sorry to our ACT plant mates — we didn’t get the ACT permit sorted in time for this draw, so you can’t enter this one. You’ll be in the next one, promise. 🌿
3. Promotional Period
The promotion opens on 1 June 2026 and closes at the earlier of 7:30 PM AEST on 10 June 2026 or when 500 entries have been received.
4. How to Enter
Paid entry: purchase any entry package (Starter, Plus, Premium or Elite) from professormonstera.com.au during the promotional period. Each package is a genuine product (including the PM ebook and PM Rewards access) and includes complimentary entries into the draw. Package prices have not been increased to fund the promotion.
Free entry (no purchase necessary): you may enter for free by emailing hello@professormonstera.com.au with the subject “Free Entry” and your name during the promotional period. Free and paid entries have an equal chance of winning per entry.
5. The Prize
There is one (1) prize. The winner chooses ONE of the following:
- Option A: AUD $5,000 cash, paid by secure bank transfer; or
- Option B: two (2) IKEA Milsbo cabinets plus AUD $2,000 cash (cabinets delivered within Australia).
The maximum total prize value is AUD $5,000.
6. The Draw
The winner will be drawn at random using an electronic random-selection tool, live on the Professor Monstera Facebook page on 10 June 2026 at 7:30 PM AEST. To protect entrant privacy, any on-screen display during the live draw will show only a first name and the last three digits of the order number (for example, “Sarah #421”).
7. Winner Notification & Publication
The winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner’s first initial, surname and postcode will be published at professormonstera.com.au and/or its social channels for at least 30 days. The winner may request anonymity; if so, the Promoter will withhold their identifying details and instead publish the winning order/entry number (for example, “Winner: Order #4521 — details withheld at winner’s request”).
8. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize remains unclaimed three (3) months after notification, a backup unclaimed-prize draw will be held on 10 September 2026 at 7:30 PM AEST using the same method.
9. Privacy
Entrant details are collected by the Promoter solely to administer this promotion and are handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
10. General
This is a trade promotion, not a lottery. The Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
