Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

All payments must clear before we dispatch — please allow up to 24 hours for some payment methods to settle. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.

We offer free standard shipping on most orders over $299 to standard metro and town addresses across mainland Australia.

Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. If it doesn't appear, your order falls under one of the exclusions below — most often a heavy/bulky item or a remote postcode.

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Any item over 10kg — actual or cubic (volumetric) weight. Once an item passes this point it's too heavy to qualify for free shipping, and standard freight is calculated at checkout.
• Large or oversized items that ship as freight (see section 04)
• Remote, regional and some interstate postcodes — including parts of WA, the NT, TAS and the offshore territories (see section 05)
• Orders that require tail-lift or specialised freight delivery

Shipping is calculated on three things: actual weight, dimensional (cubic) weight, and your delivery location. Larger or heavier parcels cost more to move, and so do remote destinations — that's the carrier's pricing, not ours.

The shopping cart shows you a live quote before you pay. We don't add handling fees or mark up freight — the price you see is the carrier's rate passed straight through.

We ship with trusted carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, Aramex and Team Global Express. Where your address isn't serviced by our usual carriers, we'll use an alternative (including Australia Post) that delivers to you, which may route to your nearest depot for collection.

Some products are large, heavy or awkward to move, and can't ship at standard parcel rates. These are quoted as freight rather than standard post.

An order is treated as heavy/bulky when an item is over 10kg (actual or cubic weight) or over 1 metre in any single dimension. Items that commonly trigger freight pricing include:

• Grow tents and complete tent kits
• Bulk growing media — LECA / expanded clay, perlite, coco in volume
• Nutrient reservoirs, tanks and large storage containers
• Large carbon filters, fans and ventilation gear
• AutoPot and complete grow systems
• Bulky liquid nutrients ordered in quantity

For these items, freight is calculated on size, weight and destination. In most cases the cart will quote it live. Occasionally — for very large items, multi-item orders or remote destinations — the exact freight can only be confirmed after you order. If that happens, we'll contact you with the cost before we ship, and you're free to proceed, adjust, or cancel for a full refund.

We ship Australia-wide from NSW. Metro and east-coast orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days once dispatched. Regional, rural and remote areas — including parts of WA, the NT, TAS, and offshore territories such as Christmas Island, Norfolk Island and Lord Howe Island — can take significantly longer and may attract additional freight.

If you're in a regional or remote area, we recommend contacting us before you order so we can confirm the best carrier, cost and timeframe. Delivery timeframes are estimates set by the carrier and aren't guaranteed — once a parcel is with the courier, transit time is out of our hands.

At checkout you can choose Authority to Leave (ATL) or Signature on Delivery (SOD).

• Authority to Leave: the carrier leaves your parcel in the safe place you nominate. Please give clear instructions (e.g. front porch, side gate, with neighbour).
• Signature on Delivery: someone must be present to sign. Recommended for high-value orders.

If no one is available and no ATL is given, the carrier will leave a card and the parcel may be held at a depot or post office for collection.

It's your responsibility to make sure you can receive the delivery. Please double-check your address at checkout — if an order is returned or re-shipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you're liable for the additional shipping cost.

Courier deliveries need a street address — many of our carriers can't deliver to a PO Box or parcel locker. Orders that can't be delivered because of an inaccessible address (locked apartment blocks needing a fob or code, unattended worksites, reception-only buildings) won't be re-sent free of charge.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can lodge a claim with the carrier.

For damaged or lost parcels, we follow the carrier's claims process to confirm what happened — this can take anywhere from a couple of business days to two weeks. Once confirmed, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund of the product price. Claims can't be assessed for ATL deliveries already marked completed where the parcel was left as instructed.

We comply with all carrier and Australia Post guidelines for dangerous and prohibited goods. If an item in your order can't be shipped to your location under those rules, we'll let you know and issue a refund for that item.

Orders are packed securely and discreetly — plain outer packaging with no indication of the contents.
